Prophetical Head-Man Of The Apsaalooke of Montana. Chief Medicine Crow was given the gift of foresight. He received visions of assimilation, land grabbing newcomers, and products of the Industrial Age like the railroad and trains. 
Known as the grandfather of the last recognized Plains Indian Chief to complete war deeds, the late Dr. Joseph Medicine Crow. Not only a warrior in the Second World War, Joseph Medicine Crow was an educator, anthropologist, honorary doctorate, tribal historian, gov’t delegate, presidential medal of freedom recipient, and so much more.
